2017 -the year of Awesome Products?
In other news, I've now started selling 3D-printed probes for use with the simulation software. People have tried different solutions on how to get the probe part of the ultrasound machine included in the simulation with varying success. This is my take on the whole thing.
3D-printed in white PLA plastic, with gray silicone makes this probe look like you are using a regular GE V-scan-like device when paired together with your phone.
Connect the probe with a regular lightning to USB-cable to your phone or iPad.
This is only plastic, no magic or electrical parts that interact with the software in any way. But, adding parts that mimic reality often enhances the experience of simulation, as makers of software like ALSi & SimMon and mannequin makers like Trauma FX Global can assure you. Combining this device together with the Awesome Ultrasound Simulator will make your simulations 'pop' in a way they didn't do before.
You'll find the probes in the 'Awesome Products' section, starting today.
